My stay at La Casa del Sol in Marrakech this past January was an exceedingly pleasant experience. Initially, I mistakenly booked a shared room instead of a single one, and to my delight, the staff promptly provided a swift and satisfactory solution.The team at this haven of hospitality stands out for their exceptional kindness. My most enjoyable moments were undoubtedly the enriching conversations with fellow travellers, coinciding in the communal space during breakfast. This area, emanating a warm and familial atmosphere, perfectly aligns with the very name of the house.In particular, I hold a special memory of Fátima, the breakfast preparer. Her exquisite attention and remarkable kindness left an indelible mark on my experience. I must also highlight the assistance of Hazim in organizing taxi transfers, both upon arrival and departure, which significantly contributed to the comfort of my stay. I also appreciate that they allowed me to use their computer to solve a problem with my account of booking, which I could not access via smartphone.La Casa del Sol in Marrakech is not just accommodation; it's a true oasis where hospitality intertwines with cultural experience and human kindness. Undoubtedly, it is a destination I look forward to returning to in the future.

It's a really charming riad in an unbeatable location. it's located right in the market area but is nestled off in a quiet street. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Salah (spelling?) who picked me up from the shuttle dropoff around midnight due to a late flight. Although I only stayed one night, as a solo female traveller, I felt safe in this hostel. Breakfast is included in the price, which is amazing considering the accommodation alone is value for money.

It's a beautiful Riad, in a good location within the medina. Nazih, Mohammed and Fatima are really nice people that make you feel at home and are happy to help you. The rooms are charming with comfortable beds and power outlets next to the bed. 100% recommendable.

As a solo female traveller I felt so safe and looked after at casa del Sol. The staff were amazing and so helpful, the dorm was mixed and of different ages. Very calm and relaxed atmosphere in the heart of the medina. The location was absolutely perfect- about a 3 minute stroll to the main square. Thank you!

The staff were extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Their breakfast was amazing and tasty. Almost everything was great. Comfortable bed. The location was absolutely perfect. All services were extremely good.

Absolutely brilliant place to stay that enhanced my experience in Medina SO much. My hosts Salah and Nazih are really the nicest guys. So helpful and friendly, they even sorted me out a sim card, gave me advice about getting around the town and one night when I got a bit lost in the Souk Salah came to help me and take me back. They really go above and beyond to make the Riad your home during your stay and nothing is too much. For the price I paid, I can't believe how good it was. Also the location is perfect. It is down a tiny alley in the Souk so its a very short walk to the main square yet because it is tucked away down a side alley, it is very quiet and peaceful. You can't even hear the busy streets from the lovely rooftop terrace. I recommend this place 100 percent if you want a beautiful riad to stay in and to be hosted by brilliant people who care about their guests. They even messaged me on Whatsapp asking me if I got to Spain alright (I flew there after). One of the best accommodations that I have ever booked.

The location is excellent! Only a few minutes' walk from the main square, yet it is a very quiet and peaceful riad. Excellent place to meet like-minded solo travellers and have very interesting conversations with them up in the roof terrace. The staff are so kind, helpful and nice. This place is also excellent value for money.
